This has been a very encouraging and practical guide to pray more effectively. She points out how so much of our world is spiritual and how we tend to not see it. My favorite part of the book so far is how she addresses our spiritual authority. "We walk in spiritual authority in the areas we have personally overcome." As well as, "Another way to receive spiritual authority is to ask God for it."

I love this quote, "To intercede means to speak to someone in order to defend or help another person. In this case, we are speaking to God on behalf of someone else, asking Him to help in some way." I can tell this is going to be a very helpful book for diving deeper into prayer.
