Except what if the harassment and the safety issues concerned from the harassment and the silent treatment neglect to get somebody fired and then the workload gets doubled or tripled because some other employees bothered by bothered more complicating complications

Then the work loads piled onto me

Work tried to get rid of the congestion of negative people at work
In 2021 pole in Gala
Only 7% of people at work think communication of complicated issue were Accurate, timely and working open.
That means the other 93% failed there’s clear room for improvement in all. of these areas communication is not a new problem.

William White give a proposition in a book title. Is anybody listening?

I couldn’t believe it, but I’m CD old
Maybe your DVD old
Maybe that’s what we learned when we heard those stories
Then just hit me a CD was just a future That was cutting edge technology Now completely generation is completely foreign Has been raised on streaming
She really has never seen a CD player before
It’s technology that is actually a flaw, a mistake something that shouldn’t have never even belonged

It’s really scary what’s happening. Really bizarre
Very true. We all have different motivations, good or bad, and it can really complicate things quickly when people are doing things for all the wrong reasons.

Always good to check our motivations and be mindful of others and their needs. Life is very complicated to say the least!!

I guess enough not to see my own cues work is not my entire life…

Or if we stop expecting, “what” from others, in “what” we expect in our self’s

Well wrap my head spin in your head spin and every and any head spin in a basket

Case in chase
Or I think I mean
Case in point
A deviation or static of noise in mark in rationality

Nigel Like the person who’s on my level who’s put onto leadership role of scheduling or he said he wanted to leave this year to a different part of the province how is he getting leadership roles for scheduling?

Like he’s blatantly racist, pretty much presuming that he he’s ready to leave

Yet he’s still sticks around and gets a leadership role

It boggles my mind when the workload could double or triple

Nigel Actually, a few people have come up to me and blame them immigrants. Everybody seems to be blaming immigrants for everything and anything and I don’t think it has anything and everything to do with anything and everything actually I think they contribute more cause the few who do get in come with money and immigrants who are coming in are more likely not to commit a crime then people normally born here those are just statistics

Nigel And taking jobs they’re only 1% of the population that come in as immigrants

The jobs are piling into are not jobs anybody wants?

Like slaughtering animals

Or low paying fast food places that teens just don’t have the hours to with their extra activities or relationship dramas

Or education that they’re doing

So wtf is the issue with people blaming immigrants
