I think Chelsea Fagan as an individual& for everything she’s done with TFD is fabulous but this is…WOOF. It’s hard to read/listen to it’s so cringey. Also it’s super unclear how old some of the characters are like Théo and Maya like why are they flirting but also why is Théo also kind of flirting with Lea? It’s weird. No one is likeable and I think for this kind of book..the characters should be.

Okay so Maya is in college but she’s written like she’s 8??? It’s making a lot of the dynamics here so bizarre. And the characters treat her like a young child too. No one is particularly likeable which isn’t a crime again just for this kind of book I wish they were. It’s not written super well unfortunately and I expected more out of this author.
