she should be angrier honestly. i would’ve literally just started screaming at the top of my lungs.

i have been waiting for someone to say “who’s jake?” this whole time. she literally never calls him that.

is the doorman his dad? he said he sees his dad every day. also the doorman is giving them strange looks.

the book going out of it’s way to never confirm jake’s name is so funny to me. this is something that you can only get away with in a book. reminds me of hello stranger but i’m less paranoid about it.
