Just discovered a character I assumed was Irish then Scottish then Australian based on the reader's accent attempts is actually from Newcastle, England. Good god.

Not sure if I can keep listening to a bad France–French accent that's supposed to be French-Canadian. I love the story and writing, though, so giving it a go and hoping the Québécois character doesn't have much more dialogue...
