everytime i grasp a point perfectly clearly it’s heaven. im inclined to agree with his account of singular terms and thereby how referntial purport ought to be understood. it’s really perfect cause know i can get a handle on the utter sense of meaninglessness when people ask smth like do u believe in god.

I’m so happy that things have gotten easier than the prior chapter. Legit I thought i was gonna go thru 200 pages of being cooked. Alas, the fates grin upon me.

Lord knows i will finish this book one day. I am very much in the technical weeds right now. And thoroughly befuddled. I fear it will only get worse until the very later chapters. But i must finish. I must.

just read a review saying this book provides a “philosophical foundation for relativism” and had to sit in silence for half a minute trying to understand how someone could read even a quarter of this book and think that’s even in the ballpark of an apposite description.

I envy those who get to chat with Bob.

This book is a treatise on what it is to be a person, but such a synopsis hardly engenders the right sort of expectation of its contents.
