Reading this aloud at bedtime and it's just fantastic. Now I'm wondering if C.S. Lewis borrowed the singing the world into existence thing from Tolkien, or if Tolkien got the idea for the Similarion's creation sequence from Lewis, or if there's a shared source of inspiration.
