Really enjoyed Part 1 of this book and was happy to see mention of the book "Flow" - another excellent book I read when I lived in Whistler. I actually remember reading "Flow" in a campsite between Whistler and Pemberton when I was on a day bike ride. That book was very influential on me and I think this book captures some of the themes that resonated with me from that book.

Keeps getting better and better. Still 40% to go, but it's 5 stars and I can't see that changing. Everyone should read this book.
