X-Men Annual #14
Yay done!
I really liked the page where the Fantastic Four, the (remaining) X-Men, the (small group of) New Mutants and the X-Factor all show up together.
This was pretty much a big fight issue.
I appreciated that the ‘twist’ with adult Franklin was hinted at but the conclusion felt a little anti-climactic.
I’m excited to see lil Frank’s powers explored.
Also Cable recognised Ahab?...

Yay done!
I really liked the page where the Fantastic Four, the (remaining) X-Men, the (small group of) New Mutants and the X-Factor all show up together.

X-Factor Annual #5
This one felt long.
The gist of the story is Ahab and his Hounds attempt to destroy Franklin.
The X-Factor and the group formed in the FF Annual prevent that by destroying Ahab’s base and forcing them back to their own time.
Franklin pops out to get all upset that Cyclops cares more for his baby then for Rachel and makes Christopher disappear!

Fantastic Four Annual #23
The past is in the present as the Baxter Building is back and younger versions of the team members defend their home!
I was surprised that the younger versions beat their older, more experienced counter-parts but anyway…
We soon learn this is all to do with an adult Franklin!
We don’t learn much else as Franklin freaks out and disappears again.
Very much just gathering players.
