Can't wait to be done.

When you least expect it remains my favourite Cass novel. This doesn’t give nearly as much as that novel. Sigh.

I’ve also had a year of mids and I’m four books in. I need a boom to excite or invigorate me. Sigh.

Back to back Haley Cass may not be a good idea. Might be good to have a deep or difficult book and use Cass as palette cleanser. Or maybe this book is just too fluffy for my tastes.
