This is odd that it's called Deadman by Kelley Jones and not Deadman by Kelley Jones and Mike Baron as Mike Baron wrote all of this.

Yeah, Love After Death was as good as I remembered. Jones's artwork works terrifically for Deadman. Of course, he sometimes gave Deadman about 30 ribs but it's OK here where it's not with Batman.

Probably Jones is considered the bigger draw? The book description attached to the thumbnail of the cover only mentions Baron's work on The Flash, because apparently Nexus, Badger, and everything else is just so much chopped liver. Not to demean Jones, who is an excellent artist with a style that should work very well for this project--haven't read it myself. Anyway, DC, for whatever reasons, decided Jones' name would attract more sales, and arranged the credits accordingly.

Yeah, I know why they did it, especially when it came out back in 2007. Baron hasn't written much this century but still seems like if you are going to put one name in the title it should be both of them. I think when they did the ones for Jones Batman run it was Batman by Jones and Moench.
