Uhm it’s only mentioned that Daeson had “slightly pointed” ears but now he’s suddenly fae?? Literally zero hints dropped he could’ve been fae, or elven, or whatever else besides annoying. I was honestly enjoying the vibes of this book and was fine ignoring the strange pacing but now the book has decided that it wants action without any good setup and I am less than enthused
