I feel genuinely sorry for everyone who thinks ANTM is "low brow" then reads this book instead. If you want to learn a lesson about beauty you should go to Tyra Banks not Oscar Wilde. Oscar Wilde needs 8 hrs to tell you Beauty is on the inside. Like I've never heard that before Tyra needs only 42 minutes to assume you know the obvious and also tell you how to elongate your neck, find your light, smize, etc.

The concept of this book probably seems really deep to people who were never bullied/treated poorly for being ugly

The key to being beautiful is to lie to yourself everyday until you believe it ... Everyday you must pretend you are on ANTM and Tyra loves your mishapen unique face and knows you will rock that botched haircut
ANTM is far deeper than the picture of Dorian Gray. BTW. That's where I'm coming from with all my hate for this book . It's not bad it's just that it's not a fraction as good as anything Tyra Banks ever said about beauty
