Figured I needed to actually update this! I'm listening to this on my drive to work! So according to BookBeat, I'm 67% done with Golden Son.

I feel like I’m making no progress on this book. Am I reading something different to everyone else??

Okay, I liked chapter 16. But I still feel pretty damn disconnected

So from what I can tell… everyone loves golden son more than Red rising… and yet I’m just so disinterested at the moment? I’ll give it some more time because I have got the whole series and I’d love to love it - but this isn’t even holding my interest let alone giving 5 star feelings
