The “crisis” itself has almost ended, it’s interesting how much semantics and wordplay were used by Khrushchev.

Got behind on my planned two chapters yesterday. So much was going on that the American public had no knowledge of.

The decision for blockade has been made, but MANY pushed for a strike. This has been a very good read so far.

I mean, I obviously know what course we end up taking. But the fact that surface to surface missiles were ready to go and America had no idea. Wow.

Missiles are in Cuba. Never knew how much focus was on Berlin at the time though.
