Sadie Kingston, a 17 year old girl navigating life after a fatal car accident that kills her best friend Trent. After the accident Sadie would draw over her scars with sharpie. Max, Trent's younger brother, who also survived the car accident, is the only person who only truly understands Sadie. "He sees her, not her scars". I think that Max and Sadie will start to have feelings for each other as the story goes on.

In the book Sadie has started to complete her list to heal after the accident. She has started to forgive her ex boyfriend and best friend who hooked up after the accident but is still feeling stand offish about the whole thing. Max and Sadie's relationship is growing stronger. "Every small moment with Sadie felt like a promise an unspoken vow that we were in this together." (178) I think they will end up together.

Hey Payton! This book sounds really good. I'm glad Sadie has at least one person in her life she can talk too. I excited to see if Max and Sadie have feelings for each other.

Hi, Payton! This book seems like it has an interesting plot. I also think that the main characters will develop a relationship, but I'm curious to see how it will play out. I hope you enjoy the rest of the book!
