For this 1lb of shrimp-How much shrimp died for this? Tuna? Sharks,sword fish,grouper, the list went on. No joke probably hundreds died fo this one tuna you are eating.

I think someone misspoke about this recommendation. I’m not vegetarian but every fiber of my being wants to. What’s stopping me? Convenience? Culture? Not solo living? I can’t hear or see animals being hurt. This cannot be the book that was meant for me. We’re talking about eating dogs;closing their snouts.Their meat tastes better on adrenaline.Now I want to know what the book they meant … this? Not it.
