This the first romantic suspense I’ve ever read and I’m really enjoying it. The descriptive details are enough to make me physically uncomfortable and tense, feeling the emotions of Petra for myself. However, some scenes are so descriptive that I’m left thinking to myself, “get to the point,” like it is dragging on too much.
