Goals have to be laid out and purposeful. They have to be committed to fully. The highest performers create the script and stick it to. They eek out just a little more than their counterparts every day. Minutes matter.

Happiness is a choice. Setting goals and thinking happiness is conditional upon finishing them is foolish. It’s not when and where, it’s about now. I’m happy now where I’m at.
Doing things to improve and shooting for the stars is less dangerous that not doing things at all. A farmer if he plants could fail, but it’s far more dangerous to not plant at all. Take the “risk” and go do what you believe in
