No longer does she reach for the bottle of rosé when she doesn’t want to deal with the state of her life. She makes herself confront every last bit of it- not just the joyful & floating-on-cloud-nine moments, though. She makes herself face the ugly stuff too: the unfairness, the anger, the jealousy, the resentment, & the unavoidable pain. She’s never felt more alive.
