Leona, hello!
How are you liking the book so far? I borrowed it and I am not sure if I should venture into it. Someone said it was similar to A Little Life.

Hello. I liked it. I can't comment on the comparison to the other book. But from the reviews I've read, I think My Friends from Backman is lighter in tone.

Though there are some sad, dark pasts, Backman handles it in such a way that it doesn't take away from the story.

I'll give it a try, afterall it's Fredrik Backman. :)
