Haven't done much reading recently, need to get back into it, but I'm guessing the book's gonna be about morality and how money fucks with people, with Ethan pursuing money because he's seen as a bum. Really interesting, can't wait to read more

This book is so well written, especially when showing Ethan's inner turmoil at how immoral he's being despite the amount of money he will gain. Margie is an interesting character when contrasted with Mary, complete opposites prettt much

So this is where the dip in morality is. Killing his best friend to secure the Meadow. He's not all gone though, since he's feeling guilt. I bet he's gonna takr over the store by reporting Marullo either through the illegal immigration, .38 revolver, or both. Everyone's focused on getting money fast, ignoring morals

should also mention all about morality and how Ethan is seeing that he's being punished for being a moral person. This book seems to be going on the topic on how money causes morality to be ditched, and soon we'll see Ethan become immoral to please his family maybe

Again, he's seeing people around him talking about how they want money, and how he needs to be doing something. that's really it. I still like it

Hardly got any reading done, but I wanna talk about the words at the very beginning, before the first chapter, because those words about how readers seeking to identify the peope and places i. the novel should just look at their own community because "this book is a out a large part of America Today?" Fucking hooked
