Ok so the kitchen was a MESS? Like at that point you can’t just blame the head chef like how was it possible that all of her staff were incompetent? GENUINELLY could they not do something as simple as like not spilling water on someone and giving an allergic person THEIR ALLERGY???

The bar is in hell but tell me why more romance authors who include sexual scenes need to take a look at Sarah Adam’s books because this is what I except from the men. Open door romances have the worst MC’s POV, because of how often he will painfully describe the FMC body and have the most out of pocket sexual fantasy in the middle of a conversation with her??? James H never does this, why is it not the norm?
