I’m finding that this book, while should be a positive one, is annoying AF. It feels like a chore now because the author IMO is a little out of touch with reality and the guidance she offers can in fact have the opposite effect on the reader, leaving them depressed. It’s obvious the author at the time of writing was probably very well off. That’s the vibe it gives just from reading in between her lines.

Still reading daily, well, all most daily. If I miss a day then I make sure to read up until current. Some of the passages are very relevant and practical. Many things we are aware of so this just instills those bit of knowledge, reminding us how important these “simple” acts are.
