One (ONE!) page later: proceeds to make everything so much worse. Again.

Knowing that this whole plot and romance is based on miscommunication isn't making it any better... It's dragged out to extremes.
I still wanna know more about the main plot, and they're not half as annoying as some other protagonists I've had the misfortune of reading about, but daaaaaamn X'D

If I have to read the phrase "empire-shattering secret" one more time... (It's been in every. EVERY! single chapter so far, sometimes more than once.) 

And starting the next retelling right away...
