Visualize yourself slipping and falling into a puddle, or say out loud "I'll get the flu tomorrow." Don't want to do it? Why not? Does it feel dangerous to give "voice" to these thoughts, as though you could make those things happen just by thinking them?
If picturing a fully loaded Tesla won't make it magically appear in your driveway, then how can you summon up the flu?
