It's frustrating that they still haven't talked about what happened at the camp with Silas or told her about the gifted who was brought in to deal with them or why they didn't listen to her warning! And why haven't they asked Jericho for information about who it was & their abilities?

Nox's behavior makes more sense now but I still don't think it excuses what he did to her. It might even be worse because he knows what it feels like to be a victim.
