the way ishiguro writes is just so captivating, the nuance to all of his characters is so beautiful and it just makes the story feel so grounded in reality. a true master of his craft

i can’t wait to watch this movie!! i’m so fascinated by tommy and kathy’s relationship and ruth’s whole point in the novel like boi

i think the thing that fascinates me the most about Ishiguro’s writing is how easily adaptable it seems. The stories are not outrightly easy to adapt, but rather the connection between the humans within said stories easy to adapt in order to connect to an audience. i love this book so far!
