Started slow, but I think it’s picking up now. I know we’re only following a day in Maggie and Ira’s lives, but I’m not a fan of them as a couple. I do like how the worst parts of each character are revealed from their own POV - speaks to how our partner reflect back to us our worst selves. Writing style reminds me of Kingsolver.
