Omg I’ve been there !!

The show is wayyy better oh my god 10/10, feeling like I strongly understand the adventists pov this week idk and the show makes me care about the humans. but I do think the show hits more because I read the book

Caved and started rewatching the show, wayyyy better pacing wise I think, but also so much detail is lost and I like the exposition in the book, so I’m torn

It was interesting and then now we’re on some side plot im so bored

I can’t wait to rewatch the show after this highkey, so much background lost in the show, but I felt more connected to the characters😭

I like the story, but I almost don’t believe in the characters’ friendships and other relationships. Like the interactions don’t feel natural for most. I wonder how much of any depth there is lost in translation
