darrow is so insistent in validating his perception of "all golds are evil" and i think that makes him a likable character imo ( also ive just been informd that the author is pro-israel & lowkey that makes this story feel unserious imo is dis true?)

this comes off as too boy fantasy to me but i lowkey don’t mind. the mc is lovable and just, he seems to have a genuine care for women.
