My God, this book is absolutely perfect! I simply devoured it. I wasn't even supposed to finish it today, but I got so sucked in that I couldn't put it down! I'm actually surprised by how fast I've been reading lately.

I can’t even keep reading right now. The last chapter I've read was so heartbreaking and brought back such painful memories that I’ve had to stop. I know exactly what Willa went through; it’s tough. I really hope they finally move past the frenemies stage, especially since this book has only given us crumbs of romance so far.

Gosh… I really thought the author was going to give Willa’s mom a happy ending, but it’s hitting a major trigger for me because I’ve been through something similar with a relative, and it’s incredibly painful! Anyway, I didn't know whether to cry or freak out over Joy and Ryder’s interaction because, as sad as it was, it made me totally swoon over Ryder.

I think it's adorable how Willa calls Ryder a lumberjack. In a way, I understand how she feels regarding her mother, especially since I’ve had a similar situation in my own family. And I have to admit, I’m starting to take a real dislike to Aiden as a professor.

I'm loving how they tease each other; the scenes are so funny 😂 and I honestly hope that one of the seven books is about Rooney and one of Ryder's brothers since he has more siblings. I really want a book about her.

I didn't get to read much this morning because I wasn't feeling well, but from the little I've read so far, I already think Ryder is a sweetheart. Rooney seems like a dear, too.

I’m already loving this book! At first, I thought it would be some kind of rustic story, but surprisingly, it’s a college sports romance. I like it because Willa has a strong personality. This is the first book I’ve read featuring a hard-of-hearing character, and I already think Ryder is so sweet.
