Was so excited to finally get to the Dogman’s POV. I read Joe’s works out of order — Age of Madness before the First Law — and it’s actually pretty cool to read the tales of all the legends and see the easter eggs before they happen decades later.
Ardee is definitely Savine’s mother, my god.
I love Logen’s redemption arc but I will not make the same mistake I made falling in love with Orso.

God, so weird seeing Ardee and Jezal. Jezal reminds me so much of Leo sometimes, it’s uncanny.
I still love Logen as much as someone can love a character they refuse to get attached to, after being burned by this writer.
I need more of the Dogman and company, though.
