The world building is decent and the plot is good and I’m enjoying it but so far the characters are falling flat for me and I’m craving more. I’m hoping this develops further as the book goes on.

….Sabaa Tahir. I had my doubts. I did. You made me doubt you for a hot second. It took me like 300 pages to really care for all of these characters and their development. But you did it. I’m scared for these last fifty pages. Congratulations. I’m ruined forever.
