One thing I found very useful with the advice to sit on the floor and not on the couch for reading for watching TV, etc. this helps with leg muscles, hip mobility, lower back strength. This is really cool. I am going to implement this in my life moving forward.

The past 25 pages have been a mix of questionnaires and regular reading, so for my 75 hard challenge I wanted to note that because I made a jump from page 63 to page 98.

Today I found the reading really cool. I learned a lot about the four always, and four to avoid in your kitchen.
