The fact that he was lying beside Oraya and remembering he had once lain beside Nessanyn irks the heck out of me. Whether you love Nessanyn or not, there’s no need to compare the two women just to verify your feelings 🤮 I never thought highly of Raihn, but I did think he was better than that. Oh, boys…

Ohhhhhh I finished the duology and I have to say I still hate Raihn with every bones in my body

Girlllll, that’s not helping. I was 90% sure I wasn’t gonna pick this book up ever again after reading book 1 because I was so enraged with Raihn. But then my local library has it available, so I was like “okay let me give it another try” it’s been a while since book 1, I thought maybe my feelings had subsided. I underestimated my pettiness, I’m still holding on to a grudge I thought I forgot long ago
