This book is way too specific man. I know I needed a rain jacket. Went in thinking I’d pick between a light one (for the light and rare socal drizzles) or a real one (if I ever hike anywhere actually wet) and I walked away with 18 different options and layers and materials and treatments and zip options 😵💫 now I don’t know how to buy a rain jacket at all 😵💫

I go to snow camp this weekend. Conditioned on a 4 mile hike with my 35lb pack today. Felt pretty good. Ready for about 45lbs and a big ole snow jacket and…… no snow haha.

In a blink of an eye we’ve finished 8 weeks of class! Snow camp is next weekend. I’m so sad for it to be over! Actually very excited for snow camp. Mostly excited to try out all my shopping lmao
