First three chapters were UTTERLY SHITE.
This has been a textbook example for shit writing you don’t want your book to have. 👏 ugh

Currently rereading this bc book three has been in my library gathering dust
I just want to get this over with I guess
Even knowing the writing is basically shit
So hopefully I can at least speed read this fairly easily…

annoyed with more than a few things
on top of some good scenes scattered about
but not enough

friggin cliffhanger and no clear indication of series progression, like is this going to drag on like the shara isador series
