@gurly pop you aren't stupid! Here's what I know but I would encourage you to do more research on the issue. Pro-choice advocates for the legal right to abortion. Arguments include the right to bodily autonomy, access to safe healthcare (basically banning abortion doesn't end the problem, it just makes it less safer for women), individual circumstances (ex: rape). Pro-life advocates for restricting or banning abortion. Arguments include that human life begins at conception and deserves legal protection, and that the fetus is a human being with a right to life, making abortion a violation of that right

Its so frustrating how polarized our country has become and it has definitely strained some of my relationships and I absolutely hate that. I'm a teenager, so I can understand why some of my friends are pro-trump if their parents are, but I feel like if you are an adult, there is no excuse for supporting a racist and a rapist like him (no matter how many biased news channels try to make him seem like the good guy)

The thing that bothers me the most is that she is still homophobic. I'm sure her homophobia has been ingrained into her by her church and family or whatever, but if she is truly your friend, I would think she would be able to recognize how wonderful a person you are and love you for who you are.
