At about the halfway point, you're like "wait, no one actually thought she was going to choose only one at the end of this, right??" Everyone in the book seems surprised. I love Beast and I love Gaeton but at a certain point, Isabelle thinks 'welp, I guess I always knew I would never be free anyway' and I hate that she doesn't just disappear and go live her own life. Beast and Gaeton will be juuuust fine without her.

Super psyched to have an ARC of the deluxe edition, but I'm already biased towards Beast and Gaeton. The first time around I was like "wow... I'm sensing much better chemistry between the two MMCs and none with the FMC" and I told myself to be open-minded this time around and she still annoys the fuq out of me and I still wish it was just Beast and Gaeton. I also wish one of them was an actual villain...

I will give this one ALL the stars if Beast and Gaeton end up together. Isabelle clearly doesn't want to be in any relationship, but the two men deserve each other. And there hasn't been an MM relationship yet in this series... Severely underrepresented.
