I have since realised that the audiobook is read by Microsoft voice. Nevertheless, the expression is fine, except for one or two sentences which seem to be missing a full stop.

I have since discovered a Gutenberg Press audiobook which I happy to listen to (I prefer to have one narrator, which is not offered with LibraVox). https://archive.org/details/synapseml...

I won't say I've finished this nor have I really properly read it, but just dipped my toes into the stories through the 1958 Riverside Wonderland Series children's retelling recording. The language is a bit outdated, and the stories are simplified for children, but I enjoyed Nikolai Rimsky-Korsakov's music. If you wish to listen to this recording as well, it is available on Internet Archive.
