Is a collection of essays, some of which are very dated, but all of which are quite interesting

I stumbled upon this hardcover magazine in a thrift shop a couple years ago, and have just been picking up reading it. The first essay is incredibly engaging and interesting, that I'm not sure where the perspective will end up. Definitely recommend reading this for the beauty of its publishing, no idea what it's character will be yet though.
