I mean, I understand that the point is literally that the world is ruled by the greedy, but it still baffles me how people can so easily convince themselves that they aren’t responsible for the misery of others, be they massive corporation CEOs or even the average consumer. Watching the interviews of the shoppers at BHV’s SHEIN produced much the same reaction in me.
