Its sentiments like this that make me appreciate this book so much. The subtle connections it draws between humanity and nature, the ways it is so emotionally poignant yet also easy to read. It always feels like a targeted hug, and I love it so much

I love the dichotomies this is exploring. Like, we have the beauty of death only a page after the fear of death is so deeply explored. It's human nature at its most vulnerable, and it's so beautiful to read

It's so fun, my teacher lent me this, and it has his annotations. So neat to see how certain lines will impact everyone, and which ones we both find relatable
