I was saving this for my actual review but Jason needs two things: therapy and a team of lawyers. And the team of lawyers should include someone for family law and another for a restraining order.

The thing is even if Emmy’s behaviour wasn’t extremely scary and concerning, like even if we ignored the weirdness of it all, she and Jason has no relationship to speak of. Like just lust, glances, tiktoks and occasional touches so I don’t understand the tears. I need to find the reviewer whose list I got this off of cause babes?

She keeps calling him Jason Connor does that not highlight the problem. He’s a character in the story in her mind. Oh my gosh. Please let me get to the end of this and find out it’s a psychological thriller cause no way this is romance.

Okay I know I apologised for spoiling but I have to speak on this! She stalked Rhett. And then we know she found Jason’s old police report earlier which honestly now that we know her history is stalking as well. She’s a stalker. This is not normal. Why are we acting like this is normal. I feel crazy.

You love him but you want to stomp him on your way to the top. #truelove. Character development basis is looking pretty bleak right now.

Also I’ve just realised I’ve kind of been spoiling the book with these comments and I’m so sorry to anyone who wanted to pick this up
