As with Sense & Sensibility I loved the dramatised audio & really think this increased my enjoyment of the book, I’m glad I decided to enter my Jane Austen era this way, excited to continue with the rest of the books!!

Book 5 of 6 complete - Northanger Abbey
finished this last month but forgot to update🤣 now onto persuasion but really enjoyed Northanger Abbey!! I think it may have been my favourite of the collection so far, though similar stories as they all are this one stood out as different and had more menace to it🤣 & the narration was peak as per with this collection🤌🏻

Book 3 of 6 Complete - Mansfield Park
I do feel like all of the stories are quite similar, very focused on the exploration of the values & priorities of the time - some very corrupt values - and of course marriage & characters visiting each others homes🤣 but they’re enjoyable to listen to - particularly with the choice of narrator’s & voice acting!!

Book 1 of 6 done (Sense & Sensibility) honestly loved that so much more than I expected - the dramatised adaptation with the atmospheric sound & voice acting honestly made me enjoy the story so much more than I think I would have reading it!!
