Personally offended by how rude Jezal was regarding Casper’s poor innocent cousin

Idk if I’m just humorless but “she’s so hot and standing so close to me” is NOT interesting to read, yet SO many of the books I’ve picked up recently have sooooo much screentime of that. “She’s so hot and standing so close to me” is not plot, or character development, or even relationship development, HOW is it possible for every author in the world to blabber on about this for so many pages
