Also, i can finally read again. Had to finish a portfolio and that took me an entire 7 days🫩 back to reading this book.

Okay im not really feeling it? I was really excited for this one so im a bit disappointed😔 maybe its cuz i didnt have and time to read because of school… maybe i should try to reread this when im not so busy with school stuff? I hope thats it😶

I’ll just keep reading and see if it gets better when im less busy with school stuff.

Cherry started ticking stuf off her bucketlist. Its with Duke half of the time but its so boring. Im not really connecting to the characters. :/

He really puts emphasis on the ‘family that protected me growing up’ meaning that he also kind of sees it as his family, but still wants her🫩

Nothing much is happening. Just little introductions of what the characters are like. In this case it was Cherry and how she struggles through her periods.

Cherry mentions that Duke is basically a Hensley brother because he basically grew up at their house since he was around so much. She mentions this fact twice within two pages… way to make it awkward once you cross that barrier🫩
