I made it 😭 I mean if dissociating through hibachi counts as making it, which I am. The food was really good tho! Had my post-dinner debrief cry after I got home, now I get to do it again tomorrow yayyy! 🥲 I’m trying to think of something I can bribe myself with, no luck yet but b airdrop me (lol) any ideas you have. Good morning loml 💞 I can’t believe we’re here. I don’t think it’ll 100% hit me until this book becomes real life, but I don’t need to have finished every page to know that I love it. There are so many wonderful layers here to figure out, some of which best done in bed over coffee x it’s a solo Sunday before a change of seasons. Happier than grief, more a feeling of serendipitous closure. Finally. 🥹

The perfect read to start the day. I have a whole new appreciation for this book 💞 unbelievable, the writing has so much depth. Funny enough, I always felt like I related to Griffin most. A book I will ♾️ come back to and carry w/ me. Frankly, you'll have to rip it out of my cold, undead hands 😉 coffee time b (Red Bull Italian soda mayhaps?) - then shower, movie with GY post work! Woke up feeling surprisingly calm and ready this morning.

One of the craziest parts of all of this to me is how even through moments of high emotion or confusion, I always felt so calm & steady at my Core and steadfast in my decision. There were just too many signs to ignore. Ignorance may be bliss (for some), but it is not the same as love. I choose love 💞🥹 x

Good morning, imy!! I feel like I am counting the literal seconds☀️ main goals today are house chores and food. Bleh. My mom is coming over today to help me with apt stuff, & I am out of rain checks lol. Honestly if I thought it would be better for me to cancel I would but it’s probably also not better to stay in the house with no interaction lol

Finishing off the night with this, & I also remembered that a new season of Summer House started!!

Ngl that made my whole night, so that's what I'll have on. Hannah & Paige are both gone now, but we still have Amanda & Ciara!! Amanda just announced she left her loser 43 yr old DJ husband, so this is the last season she filmed w/ him, & she's apparently mean & hilarious. Nada to do with this book but I'm excited lol

I just wanted to feel close to something I know and love today. There is nothing in the world that I would rather be doing. I can’t wait to read more as I suspect I won’t get through much today 😭
