My nap turned into more of a sleep, as they do, and then got Jack In The Box & ate it in my bed 😂 I shall now be returning to slumber for hopefully my last eve on my own w/this book. God I’m so beyond excited. And any time I get a little anxious, I just think about the 🦆 thing. Cuz there’s no way. Gn b, my 💞 my 🌟 the little voice in my head that keeps me safe. You’re real!!

Laying down on the couch with this for a quick lil post work read/nap. The dragging persisted, however how could I ever exist without opening my book at the end of the day? The best part, truly.

Finally settling into bed after what felt like a very long day 😭 my brain feels a little bit like a puddle. I’m so beyond excited to read on with this author—I could not have done it without her writing to lead me. I’m ready to be lead through her novels for the rest of eternity 🗝️

12:33 AM, Final post of the night. I'm not really tired but tonight I had some repressed memories come up. Common in the days/weeks after EMDR. It's not really visual memories, more like feelings or knowledge? kinda difficult to explain. But I think someone else knows exactly what I mean. Good morning! Well, aft lol. So sorry to cause any alarm if people were waiting for me to wake up 😂 I can't remember the last time I slept in this late. I didn't fall asleep until like 4 or something so I think that's how we got here lmao I hope everyone is having a good/chill Sunday so far. I'll give you one guess what my day is starting with...COFFEEEEE. And then more chores/Project Barbie. Very important!

Taking a little break from TV-watching for a bit to do some choresss I've been procrastinating so far today--nothing crazy but I do need to do a dispo run and wouldn't mind a late (real) coffee. none of that decaf garbage from this morning lol

I am okay this morning :) I usually feel p good the day after EMDR! But also u get little waves of like random shit. Like you’ll pick up a fork or something and start crying for 30 seconds it’s so strange. But normal apparently!

See this is what I mean about EMDR lol I took like a 4 hour nap (is that a nap or more of a sleep at that point?) and now I’m just UP. So I’ll prob go for a lil drive and get food.

My brain is feeling a little overstimulated from therapy probs so I don’t really feel like having TV/podcasts on for the rest of the night. I’ll prob stick with this over any novels for the same reason

A few more pages of this & maybe a nap? EMDR was v chill today actually but I am a little tired! & then need to figure out dinner. Also need to grocery shop.

How they name things in these books reminds me of how they name food at Trader Joe's idk how to explain it lmao. Like everything kind of has the same name but different but also weird? like just slightly off. Wuthering Heights was "Thrushcross Grange" lol again is it me? who knows.
